Siam Estate Company Limited is a 24-year old company established in 1982 with paid-up capital of Baht 20,000,000.- ( Twenty million Baht ). The business had originally started out with an 18 storey non-serviced apartments - named “Chin House” consisting of 1,2,3,4 bedroom apartment and penthouses-in all a total of 55 units. It was then the first modern international standard-apartment located in the central business area of Silom and Sathorn Roads and near Embassy row e.g. U.S. embassy, Australian embassy, French embassy etc.

In 1998, the company completed the second 27 storey tower, comprising 172 fully serviced apartments, consisting of studio, 1&2 Bedroom as well as penthouses. Its ideal location in the heart of the city and its proximity to the business, financial, entertainment centres as well as the lung of metropolitan Bangkok, Lumpini park, proved to be strong attractions to expatriates, diplomatic personnel and both short and long term visitors.

In 2003, the company raised its capital to Baht 85,000,000.- ( Eighty Five million Baht) in readiness for new projects - one of which is investing in the hospitality service business in the paradise resort of Samui Island. The Bandara Resort & Spa will be a 5 star complex of 151 units including 28 Pool Villas due for completion this coming April.
